Lexo decided that an ordinary day in Second Life was simply too boring. So naturally, she became a witch. She found a mysterious little shop, opened an ancient spellbook , grabbed her magical cards  and confidently announced: “How difficult can witchcraft possibly be?” 

The first spell promised wealth and prosperity. 

Lexo waved her hand dramatically and whispered the magic words...POOF! 

A notification appeared:“Your Second Life balance is now L$0.” 

Lexo stared at the screen.Then at the spellbook.Then back at the screen.“Okay… apparently I summoned the Shopping Event instead.” 

She quickly closed the book before accidentally summoning another 50% sale. And that’s how Lexo learned the most important rule of magic in Second Life: Never cast spells near your Linden balance.
