Garden tree comes with useful hud, so you can choose one of presets or change bark and leaves colours individually.
Bench comes with 14 singles and 9 couples (romantic, PG-13) animations, it has land impact of 4 (in default size, it will increase or decrease if you resize the mesh)
I also included version with no decorations (2Li) and separate pillow (1Li, decor only)
Bench scripted with Avisitter so you can easily adjust animations and set access for anyone, group or owner only.
